印度總理莫迪推出國際太陽能聯盟

（法新社法國布傑1日電） 印度總理莫迪（Narendra Modi）在巴黎氣候峰會上推出121個陽光充足的國家聯盟，要大幅提高太陽能使用量。
此聯盟發布聲明宣誓，2030年前將投資超過1兆美元，大量部署負擔得起的太陽能。
莫迪在聯合國氣候峰會的場邊表示，陽光可以幫世界邁向更安全道路。
成立國際太陽能聯盟（International SolarAlliance）的莫迪昨天向世界各國領袖說：「絕大多數的人類，一整年都有幸沐浴在充足陽光下，但也有許多人沒有能源。」
莫迪又說：「我們想讓太陽能變得更便宜、更可靠、更易於與電網連接，來進入我們的生活和住家。」
「現今工業時代的能源讓我們的地球陷入危險，為了驅動我們的未來，世界必須訴諸陽光。」
然而，莫迪也指出，富國無權阻止窮國使用諸如煤炭和石油等化石燃料來促進經濟發展。化石燃料排放的氣體造成全球暖化。
